The walk starts and ends at Marsden and follows the standedge trail and then the Pennine bridleway.

Take Old mount road up to the start of the moor and cross onto the moor and follow the Standedge trail over to Pennine bridle way. At the redbrook reservoir cross the main road and continue to follow the PBW.
