This route starts in Great Missenden and goes through the Lee and down to Ashton Clinton through Puttenham, Long Marsden and up to Wingrave, round to Mentmore  and Cheddington, through Pitstone and Ivinghoe and along Stocks road over to Albury. The coffee stop is right on Station road to Tring and is inside Church Farm.

The return route goes through to Wigginton and then on to Cholesbury, St Leonards and at Swan Bottom takes left onto Rocky Lane andover to Dunsmore and back our to the Rignall road to finish back in great Missenden.
